Blue Midnight’s First Music Video is in the Works

Blue Midnight fans have another project to look forward to. Following their debut album ‘Eternal Wish’ they will be working on a music video for a song from the album. The band has reportedly met with a director, and are leaning towards a video for the song ‘Nightshade’. The metal rock bands’ lead singer, Justine, already has a clear vision for the how the video should look.

“I was picturing a horror fairytale”, says Justine, “the song Nightshade is about toxicity in all of its forms that look the most appealing.” Resisting the temptation of something you want but know is bad for you. A dark twisted fairy tale that resembles something out of a Tim Burton film.

Details and dates have yet to be finalized. With the band’s new album, rehearsals andupcoming shows in October and December that is to be expected. Remarkably enough Justine says that she has already started writing for another album. She tends not to think of it as a process that she has to star, but more of something that she is constantly doing. Fans can expect new music to be more a little different. More electronic and have more synth but still very metal.

Luckily, for now, we have 10 great tracks on ‘Eternal Sunshine’. Blue Midnight will be playing at Three Clubs October 10th and opening for Saving Abel December 17th at Whisky A Go Go. www.bluemidnightmusic.com

About Blue Midnight

Blue Midnight is a “Dream Metal” band based out of Los Angeles, CA,  founded by lead singer/songwriter, Justine. Justine has always loved traditional rock music, but when she formed Blue Midnight, she wanted to create a band that featured both heavy elements and light/classical/orchestral elements. She wanted to combine the two sounds in a new way that was fresh, different, and emotional. She describes Blue Midnight’s style as “Dream Metal” because the music includes  heavy distorted guitar, intense bass and hard hitting drums while also featuring the contrasting sounds of light, ethereal, and operatic vocals with a dramatic string section. The band seeks to transport its live audience to a dream like state of mind as fans enjoy this unique blend of sound.
